Sunburst Photography is inspired by the photographer’s deep connection to Sunburst Mountain, near one of the most cherished peaks in the Canadian Rockies. Carlee dedicates time every year to hiking the 65kms it takes to get to and from Sunburst Mountain. She camps in the nearby provincial park and has woken up to everything from -10 degrees to smoke, rain, hail, and blue-bird sunny days.
Whether hiking, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, traveling, or backpacking, her camera and tripod are always within reach, ensuring she is ready to capture exceptional images in some of the most remote locations. This commitment to outdoor exploration and photography allows Carlee to create stunning, immersive imagery that reflects both her passion for nature and her expertise in capturing its raw beauty.
